Dry Aged Almond Crusted Tenderloin – UMAI DryBagSteak

This is an amazing recipe that was shared to me and now I want to bring it to you. Its a very simple and fast Dry Aging process. Here I show the easy steps using the special dry aging bags from UMAI DryBagSteak
You will need to following:
1 FoodSaver
1 SubPrimal Bag from UMAI DryBagSteak
1 6-8 inch Whole Slice of Tenderloin
1/2 – 1C of Slided Almonds
2 TBS of Fresh Rosemary
2 tsp Kosher Salt

Dry Age the meat by placing it in your refrigerator for 4-5 days and then roast it. I will show that process in another video soon.
